We are looking for a highly organised and motivated person for the role of Accounts Payable and Administration Clerk at our head office based at Cohuna, Victoria. This is a part time role, working two consecutive 7.6 hour days per week, on Thursdays and Fridays.
Duties Include
- General accounts payable processing and administration duties
- Supplier reconciliations and enquiries
- Relief reception tasks including greeting office visitors and answering and forwarding phone calls
- Document preparation using Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
Essential Criteria
- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
- Efficient time management skills and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills and show attention to detail with your work
