Daimler Trucks Huntingwood, based in NSW retails the globally recognised products of Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso and has a dedicated service, parts, and sales team to support our customers.

The Role 

This is a great opportunity to work with innovative and iconic brands including Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner & Fuso vehicles. We are seeking an Apprentice Parts Interpreter to join our dedicated and highly experienced Parts team.

This is an entry-level position and a fantastic opportunity to start your career in the automotive/heavy vehicle industry.  You will undertake a Certificate III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) allowing you to become a qualified Parts Interpreter.

This position will learn both parts interpreting/sales and assist in the Parts warehouse. Along, with a supportive training and development plan provided to flourish in this role and climb the ladder within the business.

About You 

• A keen interest in the truck and transport industry
• IT savvy and interest in learning new systems
• Have a willingness to learn
• A can do and positive attitude
• Australian Driver’s License (Preferred)
• Good level of language, literacy and numeracy skills
• Punctual, reliable, efficient and able to accurately follow documentation and instructions
• Good communication skills, well organised and have a good eye for detail
