We are looking for a highly organised and motivated person for the full time role of Payroll and Administration Assistant at our head office based at Cohuna.
Duties Include
- Supporting the Payroll Officer to carry out payroll duties
- Updating and maintaining employee payroll data
- Payroll reporting, processing, and administration •
- Answering payroll enquiries
- Administration of the MawCentral compliance management systems onsite and intranet modules
- Management of the Document Control system, ensuring standardised and consistent practices, document numbering and revision control
- General administrative and telephone duties as required
Essential Criteria
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
- Efficient time management skills and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines
- A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
- Strong customer service skills and show attention to detail with your work
