About the Program

The Qube Cadet Program is a 2-year initiative designed for recent high school graduates and early-career professionals. It offers hands-on experience across various roles within Qube’s operations, including logistics, transport, IT, business, and stevedoring. In the first year, cadets rotate through different departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the industry. In the second year, they specialise in a role that aligns with their interests and strengths, subject to operational needs and role availability.

Potential Roles

Cadets may have the opportunity to work in roles such as:

• Operations Clerk
• Import Operator
• Warehouse Operations
• Yard Clerk
• Safety/Compliance
• IT Support
• Customer Service
• Rail Clerk/Freight Coordinator
• Commercial and Contracts Cadet
• Shared Finance Services Cadet

Training and Development

Throughout the program, cadets receive mentorship and have opportunities to pursue nationally recognised certifications, including:

• Certificate III in Business
• Certificate III in Driver Operations
• Certificate III in Information Technology
• Certificate III in Supply Chain Logistics
