There are no mandatory qualifications required to undertake this position, however the ideal candidate will be a team player, enjoy varied and interesting work – no two days are the same and have:
· To work well within a team, and communicate effectively with your peers members of the public
· Have a Manual Drivers Licence
· Ability to work across a varied work program, responsible for undertaking many different types of physical and technical tasks
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic administration and computer skills
· Sound negotiation and conflict management skills
· A passion for fostering a workplace culture that supports and promotes the interests of First Nations people and actively engage through our work to contribute to better outcomes for First Nations people.
