Qualifications and Attributes

• Hold a valid HR, HC, or MC licence.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months’ driving experience with heavy vehicles.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will be entrusted with the critical task of orchestrating the seamless and secure transportation of household goods, ranging from substantial appliances to meticulously packed boxes. Operating from our strategically positioned depots throughout Australia, you will be guided by the astute direction of our esteemed Branch Managers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with a dedicated offsider to physically collect, load, and deliver a diverse array of household items, maintaining a steadfast focus on personal safety.
• Execute essential safety assessments and diligently oversee the service requirements of company vehicles.
• Navigate driving routes efficiently, ensuring timely arrival at client sites for loading and a smooth return to the base.
• Facilitate the removal processes, embodying a customer-centric approach that fosters lasting relationships.
• Maintain real-time communication with Head Office, ensuring key personnel are kept informed of job statuses.
