About the Role
We are currently seeking a Restaurant Systems Trainer to provide training and coaching support to Franchise Partners and their employees on key restaurant and operational systems. This role works closely with the Craveable Brands learning team to ensure training and upskilling programs best support new and existing Franchise Partners restaurant operations.
  
This role will require travel to various restaurant locations across Sydney.
  
Some of the things you get to do in this role are:

• Provide systems training and support to Franchise Partners and Team Members which includes; training needs analysis, development of training plans, training delivery and review, ad hoc support and coaching as required.
• Be the subject matter expert (SME) on operational systems within our restaurant network, able to identify efficiencies and utilise the systems to best support Franchise Partners.

  
We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in the coordination and delivery of training at a range of levels.
• Is a confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
• Has a strong working knowledge of restaurant systems including MacromatiX (MMX) and World Manager (WM).
