Thomas Farms Butcher Shop located at Castle Plaza Shopping Centre, is seeking an enthusiastic, fully qualified Butcher to join their team. This is an exciting job opportunity for skilled and experienced candidates who are looking for their next exciting endeavour.

The role:

A full-time position is available for an experienced butcher, to join our team in the Thomas Farms Butcher Shop located at the Castle Plaza Shopping Centre.

Hours of work at Castle Plaza are Mondays to Sunday on a rotating roster.

The position will suit a well presented, fit energetic person with a positive attitude, who is looking for a secure position in a growing company.

Duties include:

• Meat processing and portion cutting
• Preparation and production of quality meat products
• Serving customers
• General Process work

You will need:

• Trade certificate in Butchery
• Previous experience within the meat industry (butcher shop, meat or food manufacturing environment etc).
• Have outstanding customer service skills
• Punctual and reliable
• The ability to work in a team environment
