What You’ll Do:

• Work with a supportive team to learn the ropes of customer service and car sales.
• Welcome and assist customers with confidence and warmth.
• Promote dealership and manufacturer campaigns to meet sales targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service every step of the way.
• Collaborate with departments like service, parts, finance, and accessories.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to streamline your work.
• Take customers on test drives
• Handover vehicles to customers
• Take customers through the initial sales needs analysis
• Assist the sales team with administration duties
