Thomas Cappo Seafoods are an South Australian family-owned business supplying the domestic and international markets with premium Australian seafoods. Due to continued expansion of our core business, we are seeking an experienced Oyster Opener to join the team.

About the role

• Process seafood (e.g. scale and clean, fillet and cutlet the fish, shuck oysters)
• Maintain industry standard volume outputs per hour
• Above industry standard $1.30 per dozen for Oyster Opener
• Casual position
