Spotlight – Team Member – Albion Park

We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our Spotlight Albion Park store. This role is ideal for applicants who are available to work flexible daytime shifts and enjoy delivering great customer service in a busy retail environment. Experience or strong interest in Sewing, Craft, and/or Furnishings departments would be highly regarded, as you’ll be helping customers with product advice, merchandising, and stock support. If you’re a team player with a positive attitude and a passion for creativity and home projects, we’d love to hear from you.

• Providing friendly and helpful customer service
• Sharing your love and skills for craft, sewing, and home decorating
• Learning quickly and adapting to our extensive product range
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Contributing to sales and helping your store meet its goals

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous retail experience or customer service
• The ability to multitask in a fast environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and late nights
• A positive, can-do attitude
