About the role:
Help us take our iconic brand to the next level; Red Rooster is going from strength to strength and we want you to be a driving force in the operations space throughout the journey!
You will be a ‘best in class’ State Manager that will drive sales and operational excellence in Western Australia and ensure our growth and profitability. Use your transformational leadership skills to motivate and develop the Red Rooster operations team and build strong Franchise Partner relationships within this market.
Working closely with the operations team, you will coach our Business Consultants and collaborate with key support functions to deliver strategic outcomes for the brand. Your main focus will be to create a customer-centric, profitable, and safety-focused culture within our network. You will have a comprehensive understanding of the brand strategy and effectively communicate these to the Operations team and the State’s Franchise Partner community to achieve results.
Together with your team, you will champion the delivery of excellent customer service and ensure 100% compliance with brand marketing and promotional strategies. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will also be involved in growing the brand through franchisee engagement and alignment.
You’ll have a friendly, positive attitude coupled with high emotional intelligence and maturity to work with a wider range of stakeholders. Your style will be hands-on, and you will be someone who loves to roll up your sleeves and lead passionately to make a difference.
You will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You will possess a track record of success across the three main areas of Leadership, Sales/Profitability, and Franchise Management in previous State Manager or similar roles.
You will be a natural leader who has the ability to provide clear direction, guidance, coaching, and support to our network. In addition, you will also be passionate about transformation and has the ability to lead people through change.
