About the role:

As our new Store Manager, you will be an experienced coach and leader and will be responsible for effectively managing and mentoring your team across all aspects of the store.

With proven experience in successfully managing the daily operations including driving sales, managing rosters and budgets, and providing outstanding customer service, you will love supporting your team and guiding them on their individual growth and development.

Your passion is people, and you will bring this to your role partnered with your ability to engage and motivate to achieve results and have fun doing it.

Monitoring store performance, driving key strategies and ensuring you and the team are achieving key results will support the overall success of the store to meet targets and business objectives.

Your day-to-day:

• Manage all aspects of the store to maximise sales results and customer experience
• Motivate, coach, and develop the team
• Act as a mentor, coach, and role model within the store environment
• Create an atmosphere of trust, confidence, and respect within the store environment
• Identifying opportunities to drive and increase sales
• Creating an exceptional customer experience and providing up-to-the-minute styling advice
• Manage new stock deliveries and merchandise the store
• All administrative tasks for your store including payroll, banking and effective rostering
