Bingo’s dedicated team of Trade Assistants are responsible for assisting with the maintenance of our mobile and fixed plant machinery
The job:
- Complete general operational and maintenance duties as instructed
- Assist with assembly of equipment and area maintenance
- Support the maintenance and operations team to meet demanding deadlines
- Perform manual labour to maintain and repair plant and equipment
- Assist skilled trades employees in maintaining and repairing plant and equipment
- Perform minor and basic repairs under supervision and following instruction
- Perform related and varied duties as assigned
- Assist all employees when required

What you bring:
- Previous trades assistant, labouring or workshop highly desirable
- Current drivers’ licence and reliable transport
- Demonstrate a pro-active attitude with an eye for detail, and willingness to work together to complete required tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime where required
- Ability to identify and resolve mechanical problems
- A strong, safety focused work ethic
