The craveable brands. Design Studio are the powerhouse behind bringing the marketing teams’ artwork needs to life for our iconic brands Red Rooster, Oporto and Chicken Treat. The Design Studio take written briefs from the marketing teams to develop designs (sometimes working with external creative agencies), produce print and digital layouts, and finalise artwork files. 
  
About the Gig 
Your main focus will be to collect important information about projects, manage schedules, assign tasks and track project’s progress, making sure all projects are completed on time and to budget.   
  
Working as part of the craveable brands. Creative Studio Team and reporting directly to the Studio Manager/Art Director, you will have daily contact with members of the studio and the brand teams, you will need to work with Designers to understand their workload and how they are tracking with projects. 
  
You will also be tasked with providing client reporting including time spent, profitability and timelines which is managed through our inhouse project manager software. 
  
About you 
You ideally have a minimum of 3 years agency or in-house studio experience working on campaigns and campaign artwork pieces including POS (point of sale), above and below the line advertising content, press and with proven experience working on fast turn-around projects. 
  
You are confident in relationship building with stakeholders and the ability to generate an understanding of all brands to help identify and understand each brands creative requirements. You must be self-motivated, organised and process driven, but also flexible to accommodate the rapidly changing environment of the design studio.  
  
You will possess proven experience in Microsoft suite, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability the to build relationships.
