The Role

• A fixed-term role (Monday to Friday 37.5 hours) working for one of Australia’s largest childcare groups.
• You will work as a part of a team to educate and care for children. You will be part of a national company which truly recognises and rewards great team members.
• Learn and grow every day, as you support our Lead Educator / Educational Leader in delivering excellence in early childhood education and care
• You will be coached and mentored by our industry-leading development coaches, as you progress through your career pathway towards becoming a fully qualified educator. Your duties and responsibilities will grow as you gain more experience and skills. 

About You

• You have a friendly and courteous nature and are committed to caring for children of all ages, cultures, social-economic and individual backgrounds
• Able to contribute to a friendly, smooth and continuously improving centre environment, where children feel safe and families feel welcome
• Keen to learn how to manage daily care routines, and associated administrative and compliance tasks
• Aware of the importance in maintaining health and safety standards, and risk minimisation.
• A current Working with Children check or the ability to obtain it
• Access to transport to and from the centre.
• Willingness to commence in a Traineeship through the Affinity Learning Academy.
