“From day one, I felt the warmth of the team and the family-like atmosphere,” Ashley reflects. “While Qube is a large organisation, I feel my role is important and valued. The culture here is built on support and investment in our futures, much like a family.”

She’s learned to be proactive, embrace change, and contribute in meaningful ways to the team’s overall success.
