Year 12 exams are getting close. Before the study notes, practice papers and late-night revision sessions take over, the team at SAS wanted to share a few words of encouragement.
If you’re in Year 12, chances are the next few months have been circled on the calendar for a while.
There’s a lot going on. Final assignments, revision, exams, decisions about what comes next. And probably a few people asking what you’re doing next year before you’ve even made it through this one.
So, we asked some of the team at SAS to think back to their own exam days and share the advice they wish they’d heard at the time.
In the video below, you’ll hear their experiences, study tips and reminders for getting through exam season without letting it completely take over your life.
Some have practical advice. Others have a little more perspective now that there are a few years between them and their final school exams.
Because while your results matter, they’re also one part of a much bigger picture. There are plenty of ways to get where you want to go, and plenty of careers you probably haven’t even discovered yet.
For now, focus on what’s in front of you, look after yourself and do the best you can.
Watch the video to hear the SAS team’s advice for Year 12 students, and good luck with your upcoming exams!
