About the Graduate Program
The program runs for 24 months, kicking off in February 2027. From day one, you’ll join Nutrien as a permanent, full-time employee, doing real work while being supported every step of the way.
As a Nutrien graduate, you’ll:
- Be part of a national graduate cohort
- Learn through hands-on experience, not just training sessions
- Attend four skill-building and leadership workshops
- Be supported by mentors, buddies, and leaders throughout the program
- Build experience across different teams, locations, and parts of the business
Graduate Streams Available
You’ll apply for the stream that best matches your interests and studies:
- Agronomy – practical, branch or field-based roles focused on crops, soils, and agronomic advice
- Agribusiness – branch-based roles working directly with farm businesses, customers, and rural communities
- Corporate – office-based roles supporting agriculture through finance, data, supply chain, technology, and business services
Every stream plays a role in supporting farming and agriculture across Australia.

What You’ll Need
To be eligible for the program, you’ll need:
- A Diploma or higher in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or a related field
- To have graduated before February 2027, or within the last three years
- Permanent ongoing working rights in Australia
