The Recruitment Process

3️⃣ Formal Interview – You’ll meet with hiring managers and team members, either in person or via Microsoft Teams. Expect discussions about your experience, technical skills, and alignment with our values, along with behavioural-based interview questions.
4️⃣ Checks & References – Depending on the role, we may conduct background checks such as police clearances, qualification verifications, or medical assessments. We will also ask for two professional references.
