The Recruitment Process

2️⃣ Pre-Interview Chat – If your background aligns with the role, one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists will reach out for an initial conversation. This is an opportunity for us to learn more about you and for you to ask questions about the role and company.
3️⃣ Formal Interview – You’ll meet with hiring managers and team members, either in person or via Microsoft Teams. Expect discussions about your experience, technical skills, and alignment with our values, along with behavioural-based interview questions.
4️⃣ Checks & References – Depending on the role, we may conduct background checks such as police clearances, qualification verifications, or medical assessments. We will also ask for two professional references.
