All together for Gender Equity
Working toward gender equity
When it comes to achieving gender equity, we’re always pushing for better. That means taking action on the issues and working toward better representation across our business.
Finding better balance
We’re striving for greater gender balance and our goal is to sustain 40% women, 40% men and 20% unspecified and non-binary gender identities in our leadership population. We’ve already taken significant steps to acheive this goal, including reaching 40% female representation in leadership roles. We also look to sustain 40/40/20% on the Board.
Championing flexible working

During the recruitment process, we know we might need to make some adjustments; including alternative formats to the recruitment process, so we can get to know you in the best possible way. Let us know, we’re happy to accommodate.
