Early Career Opportunities
Here at Pitcher Partners Brisbane, we’re passionate about empowering aspiring accountants and helping them reach their career goals, no matter how ambitious they might be.
Our three accounting pathway programs offer students and recent graduates the opportunity to explore an incredibly diverse range of career pathways that can only be found in a full-service accounting and advisory firm. This is what sets Pitcher Partners Brisbane’s student and graduate programs apart from other entry-level accounting opportunities. Applicants benefit from a considerably higher degree of choice and extensive specialisation options, too.
We believe that the best way to prepare young people for successful careers in accounting is to immerse them in the industry. This is why all participants across our three programs gain hands-on experience while engaging with real-world projects and clients. What’s more, those who choose to partake in Pitcher Partners Brisbane’s student and graduate programs will spend their days networking with partners and senior managers. These invaluable networking opportunities and learning experiences are just a few benefits we’re excited to offer the next generation of accountants!
Vacation Program
Our Vacation Program is perfect for university students who want to invest their summer holidays into building a rewarding accounting career.
Students in any stage of their university degree can apply to be Vacationers (yes, even those who are just completing their first year)! Successful applicants will work full-time over a four-week period between November and January, with the option to extend the program’s duration a further four weeks.
Our Vacation Program is a pathway progression to our Early Careers Program, meaning it’s a great way to launch a Pitcher Partners career!
Undergraduate Program
Unlike our Vacation Program, our Undergraduate Program commences at various times throughout the year. Successful applicants work part-time in an ongoing position, with the option to scale up their hours during semester break. Essentially, it’s a part-time job that can launch an incredible accounting career.
Pitcher Partners Brisbane’s Undergraduate Program offers university students the opportunity to obtain invaluable work experience while they’re working towards their degree. Students on the program can benefit from ongoing training and development, and get to participate in parts of the Pitcher Partners Brisbane Graduate Program, too.
Graduate Program
Pitcher Partners Brisbane’s Graduate Program is perfect for students who have completed university within the last two years and are looking to hard-launch their accounting careers.
Successful applicants work full-time and in a permanent position while receiving ongoing training and development. After all, we want to help you reach your full potential and achieve all the accounting goals you’ve been working towards!
The program commences in February, but it’s never too early to start planning your application.
