Since starting out with Harris Scarfe as a junior team member at the age of 15, Steph has been working hard to ensure her career moved from strength to strength. Fast forward to today and she’s now the store manager of Harris Scarfe in Warrnambool; way to go Steph!
Over her years with the company, Steph has been empowered to reach her full potential by the passionate team at Harris Scarf and Spotlight Retail Group. Not only was she given the opportunity to pursue exciting promotions, but she was also able to complete her Certificate Four in Leadership and Management after earning the role of assistant manager.
