Changing Lives Through Data: Justine’s Journey from Mango Seeds to Medical Breakthroughs

To shine a spotlight on all the great work they’re doing, we recently sat down with Justine Stehn, Head of Research at The Kids’ Cancer Project, to learn more about her fascinating career path, what drives her work, and how SAS and TKCP are working together to make a real-world impact. 

After starting out by studying genetics, Justine became fascinated by biochemistry and cell signalling (A.K.A. the way cells communicate and work together). That spark set her on a course toward medical research, where she would explore how things break in the body, and how science might help fix them.
