Sustainable initiatives

We’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint, with a dedicated Green Team, free Myki cards for work-related travel and discounted Myki cards through our Commuter Club. We also offer secure bike parking, on-site showers, electric bikes for travelling to external meetings or other sites and we also have composting bins and our own fruit and veggie garden. We run regular meetings to gain input from staff across the organisation on sustainable ideas, have lunch and learn sessions, run waste-free events, and our buildings now have solar panels installed.   

Work/life balance and support

It’s important to maintain a balance at work, and we encourage this with a monthly accrued day off for our full-time roles, flexible working arrangements, working from home and job share arrangements where operationally viable.

Health and wellbeing

We understand life can be challenging sometimes which is why we have an award-nominated wellbeing program which offers lunchtime Pilates sessions, annual fitness programs, heavily discounted aquatic and gym memberships, healthy mind and wellbeing events, healthy picnics, mediation sessions and programs. Our employees’ health, both physical and mental is our top priority and as part of our wellbeing program, we offer a free employee assistance/counselling program and peer support. We offer discounted aquatic and gym memberships, a corporate health insurance plan, opportunities to join our active social club.
