What is it?
As one of the largest mid-tier accounting firms in Australia, we provide meaningful opportunities for students across the country in both metro and regional areas. Grad Week
Grad week is an annual inaugural event at RSM! We acknowledge the value in collaboration and connection, so gather our new graduates from all across the country for an event to remember. During this event, our Graduates network with other RSM employees, build personal, professional and technical capabilities, learn about our history, values and strategy, and network with key stakeholders.

myGRAD journey is RSM’s Graduate Development Program, which provides our grads with structured learning during their first year of employment with us.
Following on from our induction program which focuses on your personal development and getting to know RSM, myGRAD journey is all about your professional development! The program provides you with a toolkit of core skills and technical learning throughout the year, setting you up for success, and the rest of your career!

What is it?
RSM’s Vacation Program is an opportunity for you to get a head start on your accounting career by putting your theory into practice and working in a professional and supportive environment.
