As a service organisation our people are our most precious asset. We have one of the country’s largest and highly skilled community care workforces. We will continue to build the capability of our people to rapidly respond to challenges and opportunities as they arise.

We have traditional care services including specialist nursing, palliative care, home care and support services, home hospital and allied health services, such as physiotherapy, podiatry and speech pathology.

We also have a full complement of office support staff roles including finance, digital services, human resources, learning and development and office administration.

We offer a variety of flexible working options, whether you are an employee delivering care in the community, or a member of our corporate support team, we can offer flexible hours and choice of location.  Since COVID19, we have supported our office-based staff to have the ability to work from home and continue to support those arrangements. We currently deliver our services in Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Many staff have transferred across both sides of the country

Variety of roles
