About The Role

At Kmart, no two days are the same. As a part of our store teams, you’ll get the opportunity to work in a variety of different store areas, including:

1. On the sales floor, helping customers and replenishing shelves.
2. At the registers, front door, or customer service desk, making sure customers find their way.
3. In the fitting rooms making sure that everything fits ‘just right’.
4. In the store, stock reserves & back dock getting everything ready.

About You

We’re looking for fun, enthusiastic and engaging team members passionate about providing excellent customer service. You should hit apply if you’re:

• Keen to represent the Kmart brand and provide everyone with a great interaction that brightens their day.
• Proactive and able to take the initiative to get things done.
• Passionate about keeping your store looking tidy and organised
• Physically fit and capable of moving around stock where needed.
