Aged Care Worker Duties:

It’s a tough world we live in. Our Aged care workers reach those most vulnerable. Our relationship-based care therefore aims to provide:

• Assistance with personal care – including showering/toileting and pad changes
• Light housework – think of cleaning/tidying up you do in your own home
• Social support and community engagement – sometimes a simple chat and taking time to listen is the best care!

• No formal qualification or experience is necessary. Full training is provided via 10 days paid orientation
• Fully vaccinated – three doses of Covid vaccination
• Valid provisional or above Driver’s Licence + A reliable car with Comprehensive insurance/third party fire & property
