Elders are thrilled to announce that the recruitment process for their highly anticipated Early Careers Cohort is about to begin!

Starting on June 5th 2023, Elders will be accepting applications for their next intake of talented individuals passionate about making a difference in the agriculture industry.

With three exciting streams available, there are diverse opportunities to suit your interests and skills:

  1. Livestock Trainee: Are you passionate about providing clients with expert livestock market insights and supporting their livestock sales? Join the Livestock Trainee stream and gain hands-on experience working with Elders’ exceptional team. Successful candidates will commence their journey on October 3rd, 2023.
  2. Rural Product Trainees: If you have a knack for building relationships and an eagerness to effect real change for both your clients and your community, the Rural Product Trainee stream is perfect for you. Start your adventure on October 3rd, 2023, alongside other like-minded individuals.
  3. Agronomy Graduates: Would you like to make a real impact on the future of agriculture? Join the Agronomy Graduate stream and gain in-depth knowledge of crop production, soil management, and innovative agricultural practices that shape the industry. Your journey will commence on February 5th, 2024.

As part of the Elders Early Careers Cohort, you will receive comprehensive training, mentorship from industry experts, and the chance to work on exciting projects that will shape the future of agriculture.
