Infinite Care

Healthcare & Social Assistance

We are one of Australia’s fastest-growing residential aged care providers with over 30 years of experience in the industry.

We operate 17 facilities across South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales with more in the pipeline. To say we are busy is an understatement!

With all this growth, we have a lot of opportunities available… so if you have thought about working in aged care but feel unsure if it’s right for you or if you have always felt passionate about helping others and wondered how to turn that into a career, we would love for you to join us on our journey!

With facilities nationwide, we are sure there is a facility near you. Or perhaps an opportunity to move somewhere you may have dreamed of living…sunny Cairns anyone?

Why Join Infinite?

BECAUSE YOU MATTER

Because our staff, residents and families are the most important thing to us! We want to do whatever we can to help you feel pumped to come to work, and we want to give you the tools to progress within our organisation. Happy staff equals happy residents and when you are fulfilled by the work you are doing and the people you are around each day, it’s a win-win situation!

At Infinite Care, we are firm believers that skills can be taught but displaying heart cannot. We only hire people who believe at their core that it’s a privilege to work with the elderly, hear their stories, and share their highs and lows. We want to help make their lives easier and more enjoyable living in residential care.

Memory Support

At Infinite Care, we work to create safe, nurturing and purposeful environments for those who require memory support. Each of our homes includes homely but secure areas for residents with memory-related conditions. We employ ways to support those suffering from these conditions, such as using visual and tactile memory promotors and also music to evoke old memories and emotions – just to name a few!

Infinite Values

WE INCORPORATE OUR VALUES INTO EVERYTHING WE DO

  • Integrity – We do what we say we will do and make care decisions in the best interests of the residents that we serve.
  • Diversity – We understand everyone is different and we show that in how we communicate and interact with each other.
  • Compassion – We know we sometimes need to talk less, ask good questions and listen deeply to our residents and each other.
  • Accountability – We take action and learn by doing. We band together when things don’t work out and treat failure as a learning experience.
  • Excellence – We don’t accept that the status quo is okay. We work towards a higher purpose of customer service for our residents and for each other.
  • Empowerment – We recognise potential and nurture our team to do the best they can in their roles, give them space to find their own feet and encourage them to be champions of change.

Humans of Infinite

CREATING INFINITE CONNECTIONS…WHERE PEOPLE MATTER

Humans of Infinite shares the real faces of aged care…  because we are passionate, loving and dedicated… and #WeMakeAgedCareGreat

Aged care is not an easy job choice, BUT it is one of the most beautiful and rewarding… and the reason we do what we do! Where else can you feel you are literally making a positive difference in someone’s life every single day you come to work?

Meet some of the Humans of Infinite here.

Infinite Village Volunteers

BECAUSE IT TAKES AN INFINITE VILLAGE!

It takes a village to support and care for our elderly residents, and they love nothing more than that extra bit of TLC from our lovely volunteers.

If you are not sure if aged care is for you, why not try it out by volunteering your time in a facility near you? It’s a great way to get first-hand experience in the field, and you never know – you may fall in love with it just like we do!

Volunteer duties can include visiting residents who just want a friend, helping with reading, letter writing or arts and crafts, assisting residents with gentle exercise programs, light admin projects or technical assistance when connecting with family members and much more!
