Our Commitment To The Environment
Climate action: A Green Grace initiative
Following the 2019-2020 catastrophic Australian bushfires, Grace recognised the urgent need to take action on climate change and has partnered with Greenfleet with the aim to completely offset carbon emissions generated by our fleet.
Greenfleet is an environmental, not-for-profit organisation that offsets carbon emissions via an innovative native reforestation program across Australia and New Zealand. Greenfleet’s mission is to protect our climate by restoring our forests, and planting native biodiverse forests to offset carbon emissions. Greenfleet has already offset 1,657 tonnes of carbon on behalf of Grace. This equates to removing 385 averaged-sized cars off the road for a year. Grace expects to continue its partnership with Greenfleet into the future to protect Australia’s unique wildlife and native forests by reducing our fleet’s impact on the environment.
Our newly designed ‘Green Grace’ vehicles are being introduced into our national fleet to highlight the Greenfleet partnership and raise awareness of the need for Australian industry to offset vehicle carbon emissions.

At Grace we believe in inclusion, we welcome diversity and we are committed to equality.
As a company we strive constantly to meet the needs of the corporations and customers we serve. We believe that by embracing a culture of inclusion we become a better place to work and a better company and service partner.
At Grace, we believe that everyone should be respected and celebrated for their unique identities, no matter what. We fully support and acknowledge the annual WorldPride Festivals that take place internationally and in our home city of Sydney.
We are on a journey, we learn daily, always look to improve and will remain committed to building the best workplace culture we can, so regardless of ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation or disability we encourage you to apply and join us on that journey.

Grace Partners with ILF
As one of Australia’s most iconic organisations, we believe that the bigger you are, the greater your responsibility to help communities in need.
That’s why, in 2016, Grace launched Grace Gives – our Corporate Social Responsibility Program. Since its foundation, Grace Gives has been supporting local community causes across Australia and New Zealand to help fund and support the communities we work within.
To help grow this initiative and really ensure that we have an impact on communities in need, 2021 saw Grace Gives shift from funding small local groups to focusing on a single organisation – The Indigenous Literacy Foundation (ILF).
As one of Australia’s oldest businesses, Grace recognises its responsibility to contribute to the greater economic and cultural empowerment of First Australians to help ‘close the gap’. Grace is proud to be a Gold Donor Partner with the ILF, an innovative not-for-profit organisation that aims to empower and build the capability of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people living in remote Australia to develop and pursue their own literacy journeys. They do this through their three core literacy programs which include: Book Supply, Book Buzz, and Community Publishing Projects.
